Students develop the motivation and commitment to work individually and collectively as private citizens and members of the workforce toward the conservation and responsible use of air, energy, forests, land, minerals, water, and wildlife.

This cluster focuses on the skills and knowledge related to the design, construction, fabrication and maintenance of a product. Course relate to manufacturing, processing, utilities, construction, mechanics, fabrication, trades supervision, trades contracting, logistics, transportation and heavy equipment.

Career and Technology Foundations (CTF) is an optional program that allows students to explore their interests and passions as they learn about various career possibilities and occupational areas. The CTF Program of Studies is based on 14 learning outcomes that identify what students are expected to learn and what will be assessed, and are the same for grades 5 to 9.
